Everything is written for visitors, not for locals, so we explain the things a Dutch website assumes you already know.
Independent, not official
Visit Leiden is not the municipal tourist office. For official city information, opening hours of the visitor centre and printed maps, contact VVV Leiden opposite Leiden Centraal station. We work independently, which means we can be candid about what is worth your time.
