Naturalis Biodiversity Center in the Leiden Bio Science Park is the national natural history museum of the Netherlands and home to Trix, one of the world's most complete Tyrannosaurus rex skeletons and the only one permanently on show in Europe.

What to see

Dinosaur hall with Trix, the Death gallery, the Earth and Seduction galleries, a nine-metre mosasaur found in Dutch limestone, a mammoth and a live-specimen laboratory where researchers work in view of visitors.
